Our Cold Plunges

The Cove offers 5 premium-quality cold plunges from RedWoodOutdoors, with temperatures ranging from 39 to 50 degrees so that patrons can bet on an open tub that matches their desired intensity. All of our plunges contain a built-in filtration system, UV water sanitation system, and have their water replaced regularly to ensure a hygienic plunge every time. We recommend plunge sessions to be between 2-5 minutes, suggest that you warm up in a sauna afterwards, and encourage you to remember that the experience becomes less aversive and more sublime as each minute goes by!
