What can you tell me about your IR saunas?
The Cove houses 5 Clearlight IR saunas, with different models, temperature ranges, and features. As Clearlight models, each sauna is free of VOCs, offer the lowest and safest EMF/ELF levels of any infrared sauna on the market, and provide full-spectrum infrared heat for maximum health benefits. In addition, our saunas are set apart from the competition by being the only IR saunas on the market to provide the benefits of both carbon and ceramic far infrared heaters. Are IR saunas safe?
Yes, especially here at The Cove where we are proud to say our IR saunas produce no VOCs and the lowest EMF/ELF levels on the market. But of course, just like traditional saunas, the heat is a (healthy hormetic) stress on your body, so it is important to remain within your limits and stay hydrated.

What are the benefits of cold plunges?

What can you tell me about your cold plunges?
The Cove houses 5 state-of-the-art cold plunges from RedWoodOutdoors. The plunges offer a comfy amount of space and range in temperature so that you can pick your level of challenge. Each plunge contains a built-in filter and UV sanitation system, is cleaned daily, and has its water replaced regularly.
Are cold plunges safe?
Like saunas, cold plunges are entirely safe for healthy people, though people with certain medical conditions should exercise caution. As always, please know your limits. Time in the plunge should be limited to 5 or less minutes.

What gym equipment is available?
Our gym area houses cable machines, shoulder press, bench press, fly, lat pulldown, and row machines, utilizing either plate-loaded or pneumatic resistance, as well as adjustable dumbbells and an Inbody body composition analyzer.
What is Red Light Therapy?
Red Light Therapy utilizes specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to simulate cellular functioning and healing. The light penetrates the skin to reduce oxidative stress, activate reparative and regenerative healing pathways, and be absorbed by the mitochondria to boost ATP (cellular energy) production. What is Vibrational Resonance Therapy?
Vibrational Resonance Therapy simulates the meditative experience of a sound bath, vibrating the sauna bench you are sitting on and filling the sauna with trance-inducing tones to create a truly tranquil atmosphere.
What is Halotherapy?
Also known as salt therapy, halotherapy utilizes healing salts to support a variety of health conditions. Our halotherapy-equipped sauna sprays a mist of these therapeutic salts to be both inhaled and absorbed through the skin, providing cleared airways, skin healing, and reduced inflammation.
General Session FAQs
What are your business hours?
We are open from noon to 9pm, 6 days a week. We are closed on Tuesdays as well as major holidays and small stretches of the holiday season.
What should I bring?
Please bring a bathing suit and a towel. We do offer towels to rent ($1) for those who do not bring one. We will provide flip-flops for guests, but feel free to bring your own!
What additional amenities do you provide?
We offer free parking, storage areas, rinse stations, water, and flip-flops.
How do you recommend customers use their sessions?
We recommend guests fit in 2-3 cycles of alternating between sauna (15-25 min) and cold plunge (2-4 min) sessions, with some time in the hot tubs mixed in. We also strongly recommend trying all of the different saunas to find your favorite! utilizing the hot tubs guests with Tier 2 access (day pass) to take as much time as they’d like! Lastly, we recommend starting your visit with a sauna and ending your visit with either a sauna or hot tub to assure your body is fully warmed back up.
What rules do you have in place?
We require guests to rinse-off in one of our showers before entering the cold plunges and hot tubs. Alcohol is prohibited. Walk-ins are accepted, but not guaranteed. All first-time guests must sign the waiver before beginning their session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings can be cancelled with 24-hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice, a booking may be rescheduled to a later date/time.
Passes / Memberships / Pricing FAQs
What type of passes do you offer?
We offer Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 passes. Tier 1 passes will grant 1-hour access to our cold plunges, hot tubs, and our 3 large saunas (red light, 175 degree, and spacious sauna with lounge chari). Tier 2 passes will grant 90-minute access to all of the above plus our two more private Tier 2 saunas (Salt spray and vibrational resonance therapy saunas). Tier 3 grants full day access to all of the above plus our gym and Inbody scan.
What types of memberships do you offer?
We offer a 3x / Week membership and an Unlimited membership. Both memberships grant Tier 3 access, with the 3x / Week membership granting 12 passes for a 30 day period, and the Unlimited membership granting unlimited passes for a 30 day period. Unused passes expire at the end of the 30 day period.
What types of discounts do you offer?
Passes can be purchased in packs of 5 for 10% off and packs of 10 for 20% off. We also offer group passes, with 3-person passes being 20% off and 5-person passes being 30% off! We also regularly post many specials on our IG (thecovesaunaandcoldplunge), so please follow us so you don’t miss out on those!

Do you offer event hosting?
Yes! We are happy to host events or gatherings of all types, whether that is private event hosting, using our space as your club’s meeting spot, or any sort of collaborative effort where we can support other organizations in the community. Please reach out and we will be excited to make it happen!
